The Northeastern New York EMS Educational Corporation is designed to maintain educational requirements set forth by the New York State Department of Health. Advanced Standing Application To apply for advanced standing, please submit the Advanced Standing Application two weeks prior to starting your course. Clinical & Field Internship Information for Students For students enrolled in an EMT-B, AEMT-I, or AEMT-CC Original course, you must complete your clinical time with approved EMS Agencies and Clinical Faculty (preceptors).
